Social Media/ Graphic Design Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media:
- Develop and create engaging, high-quality content (images, videos, and posts) highlighting our products, processes, and values.
- Manage and maintain company profiles on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and regularly update pages with fresh and relevant content.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and messages.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, seasonal offers, and company milestones.
- Prepare monthly reports and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and design teams to align social media strategies with business goals.
Design:
- Manage and maintain the company Website and regularly update pages with fresh and relevant content
- Design and update Digital catalogs & QRs
- Design and create stickers for samples, stands, ..etc
- Design swatch covers
- Design company stationary (business cards, template)
- Photograph the new decors, warehouses, and materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools, and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Creativity with an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the woodworking, construction, or trading industries is a plus.
- Photography and videography skills are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of SEO and paid advertising campaigns.
